Does anyone decide to add carb to a meal when normally you eat a low carb diet and get a feeling of complete burning heat inside after the meal? If I go over the top with carb I have my own personal heatwave. The heat lasts from minutes to hours.

It's not a huge amount of carbs, but my body likes to be a hysterical drama queen about it, I guess.
