Ive done the carb counting course DAFNE about 3 weeks ago now, and ive really tried with it. They say that you shouldnt test in between meals which i havent been doing.
The only problem is that i feel hypo all the time, ill be doing something one minute and ill get that feeling and want to check - but my blood sugar will be 10 for example. Does anyone have this problem? Feeling hypo even at 10? my body is used to running on high blood sugars (due to bad control) but ive changed that now.
I have full hypo awareness and can always tell when im hypo - and apparently when im not!
