Started a month ago and yes I have dropped the carb intake by quite a bit. Just finding the lack of energy quite difficult to cope with. I will keep it up and persevere and as you say hopefully everything will pick up.It could be your body adjusting to the lower carb levels. Have you dropped carbs significantly to get to 30g? How long ago did you start?
Same thing happened to me when I started out. It’s worth persevering if you’re getting results as once your body adjusts you’ll be full of energy.
Interesting I put my info in for weight loss and it gave light moderate and fast weight loss and the fat %went down - it validated for me what I experience that if I eat too much fat and don't count calories I gain/stall my weight loss and low LCHF is not a free ride to eat as much fat as you can inhale lolAre you getting enough fat in your diet?
For decades fat has been demonized and it can be difficult to overcome fat phobia,

I agree, but newbies come here and embark on the LCHF and often overeat on the fat then ask why they don't lose weight. In my weight loss journey I didn't have to count at first but certainly my last 6st of weight loss I did have to count everything including calories- I still do.Eat fats to satiety. The calories from fats and the calories from carbs are not equal on any level be it energy availability or the mechanism of metabolisation.

I actually don't like animal fats that much including cream, I eat normal fats from avocado, a few nuts and cold pressed oils. Strangely for me overeating fats gives me cravings for carbs??? - although I suspect it's really salt I'm craving
