Hi @welshborn63 and welcome to the forum. I take it you have been diagnosed as diabetic. Are you Type 1 or 2? Are you on any medication for diabetes? What are your blood glucose test readings like?

Type 2s who have had high blood glucose levels for prolonged period can develop neuropathy. Our thicker sugary blood accumulates in the lowest point of our body, the feet.
T2s on here who have experienced neuropathy have found that lowering their blood glucose levels has resulted in an improvement in their feet.
Cutting down on sugary and starchy carbohydrates like potatoes, bread, pasta, rice and beer should reduce your blood glucose levels.
