Been to my first consultant appointment since diagnosis on 06/12/19 this morning.
I'm definitely a type 1 .
But he's over the moon with my levels and my hba1c has come down from 115 when diagnosed to 75, so he's really pleased with that too.
He's put me on the waiting list for a freestyle libre.
Both me and my partner had a cry, it's a relief and comforting to know I'm doing things right.....fingers crossed long may it stay like this.xox

Hi, I had my Libre at the end of June last year and I have found it so helpful. so good luck and I hope your BG will continue to get to a good levels.
