Feeling thirsty

Hi ,
Im 26 year old with weight 54 kg iam feeling extreme thirst after eating carbohydrate food since two months
I have checked my blood sugar level is normal
Fasting :75
Two hr after food is :108
Hba1c :5.0
But always feeling so thirsty after having carbohydrated meal cannot able to quench my thirst
So please help me out with this problem

What does your doctor think?

The thirst in diabetics is caused by high blood glucose because the body tries to get rid of it by peeing it out.
But you don't have high blood glucose at all so I'd think the thirst would be caused by something else.
