Type 2 Feeling weak, tired and sleepy after eating my breakfast and taking my meds.

These days I observe that I feel very weak, sleepy and tired after eating my breakfast and taking my meds? I am on 500 mg metformin, twice daily and 5mg glibenclamide.

Why are you on that? Known to cause dizziness for starters ... and low blood sugars. You should check your BG when you feel like that
