Feet

After every shower or bath. Good opportunity to check feet. Avoid moisturiser between toes.

What do you guys use?
I liberated a nearly full bottle of J & J's Microshield Moisturising Lotion when I was discharged from hospital four years ago.

I only use it the cooler months when the humidity is down, and my feet get a bit dry around my heels and ankles.

Plain old Vaseline is a good substitute also.

Not at that charge for "freight mate", £6.40 + £12.30 postage, that's a ripoff

Yikes! Link intended for the description more than a recommendation to buy from zBay. I tend to get mine from Tesco, my local supermarket (sic).

I haven’t used any moisturiser at all since about a fortnight after going keto. I think all the fat is moisturising me from within!

I don't understand the question :)

But sometimes roll my feet on a golf ball when they ache from climbing ladders if that's any help :p

What do you guys use? Also what is the reason for avoiding between the toes? xx
Depends on how dry my skin is. I have allergies and my skin is sometimes inflamed. So I generally use prescribed emollient creams.
Reason for anyone not to moisturise between toes is that between toes is naturally moist and too much moisture can encourage fungal infections.

I moisturise when I remember so it's usually once a week. I use a general body moisturising lotion or if they're very dry E40. I don't know why we're told not to do it between the toes but suppose it might seal the pore and do something gross.

You need to keep the bits between your toes clean and dry to discourage athletes foot which likes warm, dark, moist conditions.

Lotil is nice, you can get it in Boots (just checked it online, its available in lots of places). I bought a couple of tubs when it was on offer, they've lasted for ages.
