Feet

Flexitol's good for dry, cracked feet.
Flexitol also thins the skin with continued use. At this point my podiatrist told me to stop using any urea based products, so I have switched to E45.

Im T2 so I dont think it distinguishes between type. I have the same issues with blisters and cracked skin on the soles of my feet. It feels like walking on razor blades. Even while sitting, resting my feet in slippers on the floor there is continuous pain. I have been advised to put my feet up as much as possible. Perhaps you can get some relief from that too.

Looking at all the posts here it’s obvious we are being led to use private health services which has been the government’s agenda for a long time. You’d be lucky to find a dentist now willing to take on NHS patient. The diabetic eye screening used to include a detailed eye check including eye pressure which takes about 20 seconds. Now since being handed over to private providers they say it’s not part of the screening and I should go to a private optician for that. Under the NHS you get only one check a year. I am on a medication that affects eye pressure yet the hospital clinic refused to refer me for a regular check!
Had first eye checkin 3 years a few months ago

Ah nightmare! I have to be honest, eye screening here is fab - I get two check-ups a year (started in pregnancy seven years ago when I developed background retinopathy and has continued since) and they still check for glaucoma etc.
