feet

hi all i am just looking for some advice i have been walking my dogs and for some reason i have ended up with 3 blisters on my feet 1 on my little too thats not too big 1 on side of my foot no bigger than a 5p and another on side/bottom of foot but i dont know how big as i can see as on the side i can look properly!
does anyone have any ideas how i can ease the pain as i have to go shopping tomorrow and there for will be walking alot again and dont want to be in pain! any suggestions or help would be apretiated thanks in advance laura

p.s i am type 2 on metformin 3 times a day

Wear very thick socks and indoor slippers.

Getting a blister and being unable to stop in the middle of a golf match I once wrapped a cigarette packet round my foot and stuffed it back in the shoe. A Senior Service packet it was and it worked a treat. The rough inside stuck to the foot and the smooth outside slid round inside my shoe very well.

Don't try this at home folks.

i soaked them in salt water when i got back to try ease but hasnt worked :|
