feet

Not sure but check for hard skin, toenails too long perhaps can change how the toes align.

Who can say, it's best that you have your feet checked if you have some discomfort.
 
When I started with pain in my feet like yours, I was diagnosed with neuropathy, but my brother with very similar pain with diagnosed with bad circulation due to smoking. The only way to get a proper answer, is to go to you GP.
