Hi Friends
I have fallen off wagon big time and lost will power have to get back on track.
I have been reading through low carb in sixty seconds to help myself a bit .

I have been craving sweet things so really have to get back on track.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Xx

make a meal plan for the next two weeks, sort out two shopping lists - or more if you need to get fresh, and stick to them.
Allow yourself some nice foods, lavish amounts of cream - I get ground coffee and use a percolator. Frozen berries are always good to have on hand, as are low carb mixes of veges, but make sure that there is always something to eat on hand. Cook a whole chicken rather than just enough for a meal - get some high meat sausages, fish if you like it - sweet peppers and mushrooms, courgettes aubergine - things for stir fries. Eat them with chops or steaks - feed yourself really well, but all low carb.
It is amazing how little food we really need if it is highly nutritious.

Remember that the first few days are the hardest, and every hour gets you back on track and down to safer levels. Most of us can say we have been in your shoes, its a marathon, not race.

You can do this .

Welcome to a very popular club.
The fact that you've recognised this lapse is the first step, certainly it is with me.

The wagon is a fingertip away...grab it and clamber back on and accept that a lapse every now and then isn't the end of the world.

Thank you so much lots for me to note down.the cause depression loneliness and my daughter still fighting cancer. Just felt I wanted to give up and let it take control but I will do my best to get back on track thank you for your support friends. Xxxx

What keeps me going on my chosen path of the low carb diet is wanting to be around, in good health and fit, for my kids. Looking after yourself properly will mean you are able to help your daughter better. Don’t beat yourself up if you have slipped up, just get back on track, focusing one day at a time.
Good luck! x
