Hello everyone.I,m new here but not new to Diabetes.I was diagnosed back in 1982 when I was 11 so have lived with it for 29 years. I have joined to see if anyone can give me some advise please x
On the 19th October I,m going into Royal Bournemouth Hospital to have a Femoral Distal bypass done on my left leg.I was diagnosed with PVD in 2009 and after 2 unsuccesful angioplasty,s I now need the bypass
I am an easy going kind of person and take things in my stride but to be honest I am really scared about this op
I was just wondering if there is anyone on here that has had this op and can be completely honest with me about it as the info I have is from leaflets I,ve been given and what I can find on internet.Would be great to hear from anyone who has actually experienced the procedure x
