I’m really interested in this seed iro my T2 control. Some questions - how many people here have experienced positive results, in what form should the spice be ingested, how often and dosage? I read that taken as a tea is best. If as a tea, how should it be prepared and when is the best time to drink it - before, with or after a meal, and which meal?
