Green tea, cinnamon bark/stick and dried orange peel.

Luverly cuppa. All the festive cheer without the carbs and a great alternative to a mince pie.

Made this yesterday... been suffering from a chest infection and wanted something to clear out the rubbish! Also grated some ginger root into it. Was lovely! Inhaled the vapours of it whilst it was too hot to drink.
Lo and behold, chest is much much clearer today. It's a miracle drink lol.
