Fiber flour and Fiber sugar

Has anyone used Fiber flour and Fiber sugar made by Longevity Foods?
I have just read about these ingredients on the EXPERT website.

For an artificial sweetener I prefer to use Erythritol, as it has zero carbs. It is granulated like real sugar but is a lot less sweet so it works out quite expensive. If I wanted flour, I think I would prefer to use one of the many recipes for flour dreamed up or quoted by cooks on this site. They use "real" ingredients such as almond flour, ground linseed and psyllium.
 
That is the way I feel too. Having just learnt about it I thought I would ask around for opinions. Thanks for replying.
