What do you have to get your fibre in the mornings? I am having less than 5g for fibre even though I eat enough for breakfast and they say you should have at least 5g.

Wouldn't worry about it. There isn't much evidence that it does you any good:

Kurt Harris has this to say:

You evolved to eat meat and some vegetables. Concentrate on eating healthy whole-foods and all this sort of stuff sorts itself out.

Nuts & seeds - 2 dsp: ground almonds - 3.2 g fibre; milled flax seed - 3.5 g; coconut flour - 2 g;
1 dsp oat bran - 1 g - total 10 g per 50 g.

OTOH 50 g of Tescos Fruit & Fibre provides 1.5 g fibre.

Depends on how you feel, I think. I'd say that drinking enough water was more important - it keeps everything moving through. If you feel uncomfortable or it is difficult to pass, that is the point someone needs to look at what they are eating.

Breakfast Fibre comes from oats and seeds.
