I'm Ly, T2d diagnosed since march this year. For the first 2 month, I take metformin 1000*2 everyday. And then my GP SAID I was pretty good at control so he reduces the metformin. And now I not taking any of it. Just exercise and diet.

I'm a type one and today for some reason since shoppers gave me a broken insulin pen I wasn't getting any insulin and i tested for keystone and it's in the 160 very high what can I do to get it down
