Finding sticking to lchf hard

A support group sounds like a good idea. I don’t think there is one near me, will have a look again. If anyone knows of one in SE Essex please let me know.
My gp and dn sound similar to yours. Eg . When I told the nurse over 3 years ago that I was looking into low carb all she said was don’t start anything you can’t sustain. No mention of cutting my meds and I was then on 4 x 80 Gliclazide every day!

Concordjan - You could look here, to see where your nearest Diabetes UK group is. Some are really very good.
