Went to get results of first 3 monthly reviews, DN said "what have you come to see me about"(?)
Cut a long story short, my A1c result- in 3 months down from diagnosis of 84 to 44, all other levels within acceptable range.
Done with minimal diet changes (smaller portions, 4 slices bread per month, unlimited pork scratchings, but don't tell my wife...)
Did get a telling off for buying a meter and self testing, but it is invaluable to see what sets me off.
Big exercise push to totally lose it by Xmas....
