First holiday as a diabetic

Hello
So we have booked our first family holiday since my little boy was diagnosed with diabetes. It's abroad, all inclusive. Slightly panicking. My main worry is how do I carb count the all inclusive food? Any tips would be much appreciated.

Hi @Vick123 - have u got the carbs & cals app? It's very helpful. I bought the book first then downloaded the app. Hope u have a wonderful time.
 
I would also recommend the app, the pictures of food it gives you make things so much easier I rely heavily on it anytime I eat out, hope you enjoy :)
