First Milestone.

Good morning freinds. Just wanted to tell you about my first week of 'acceptable' bg culminating in last night's reading after dinner of 5.1 pre meal and 6 after two hours. I actually punched the air! Dinner was chilli con carne, no side of rice but a small salad and a glass of water. And, I was sated.
