'First natural birth, artificial pancreas'

I thought the headline was confusing. It implied no woman with diabetes could give birth naturally. I have diabetes and I wondered what on earth it was going on about.
As for artificial pancreas, sounds good but I'd have liked more details.

They have used an insulin pump programmed with the Navigator CGM with a closed loop system. So things are obviously advancing well in that dept 
Can't see what pump is being used though.
