Got home to find 43:50 on the clock, a PB by 25 secs - woo hoo Bloody hurt though, and still a long way from my target.

Today I genuinely felt I would have benefitted from a wheelchair! I don't think the distance was the problem though, it was the hills on the route. Rested today and tried to stretch them out, back on it tomorrow!
