My name is Becky, I'm 27 and I was diagnosed with LADA earlier this year which came as a huge shock with no family history etc.
I have been treating it with metformin but since trying and succeeding in conceiving I have just been swapped to insulin at 5 weeks pregnant.
Although I knew the switch was coming it was still a shock to the system and I'd love to hear if anyone else has experienced this, any tips or advice etc in regards to preganacy and newly diagnosed type 1.5.
