First reading of the day (on waking)

A sticky is a post giving information that is frequently asked about (and answered) that is "pinned" to the top of a forum or particular area of it, so that the answer is easily seen by the people asking it. It can save time in that the answer is already there for you, and people don't have to type and repost the same information repeatedly. One of the most "popular" questions that is asked here is about fasting levels, so it would a good candidate for this.

Yes, it would certainly help people, although the actual title for the sticky thread will be difficult to come up with.

It's an issue that confuses and worries posters so it might help.
