Type of diabetes
Type 2
Just had my first results since being diagnosed 3 months ago with BG level of 11.
HBA1C down to 5.5 and BG down to 5.2.
I am so grateful for the help and advice from people on this website. I have changed my diet and lost 2stone -2 more to go- but feel like I will deal with this.

Keep up the good work and hopefully you'll lose the rest of the weight you want to as well as keeping your diabetes under good control.

I was diagnosed with type 2 last November with HBA1C 55. Just recently been tested again at HBA1C 48. Lots of walking and change of diet. Also lost 1.5 stone and cholesterol down to 3.6. So type 2 can be beaten!
