Basic conditions:
Diagnosed T2:end of Jan.2018
HBA1C:51,08/02/2018 BMI:31.68 98.7kgs
HBA1C:34,04/05/2018 BMI:28.21 87.7kgs
Got the first review today HBA1C 34 and thank you all who shared their jouneies to fight T2 here,your information and experience are very helpful for me,the following are my jouney and hope it will be some help to others who may need it.
Diagnosed T2:end of Jan.2018 and began to eat LCHF around 40-60g carb per day,exercise:40 minutes swimming in the afternoon,4-5km walking after dinner
Began to eat Metformin 500g with dinner and Perindopril 2mg per day on 17/02/2018,reduced M to 250mg (half of the tablet)without Gp confirmation since 21/03/2018 and stoped Perindopril on 09/4/2018 as feeling fatigue with BP 108/69,also stopped P by ourselves without Gp consult and later we met Gp ,Gp agreed with us for the dose of medication.
Now medication only 250mg Metformin,LCHF diet
Hope everyone here will reach their target ranges,thanks again for this site and pepole here who really help me a lot to face T2 and fight T2.
BTW,we live in Australia and follow the Australia treatment rules from GP?we are not sure.
