First time blood sugar issues

Hello everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this thread. I am new to this website and new to the world of low blood sugar. I have been having a number of problems lately and I am very worried so I would like to discuss these problems with some of you guys.
I am 20 years old and have never been diagnosed with diabetes. My grandpa is type 1 and my father is type 2.(Don’t know if that makes me more likely to get it) In the last few months I have been experiencing what I believe to be low blood sugar.
My body’s first warning sign to me is sweaty hands and feet. I will feel normal then out of no where sweaty hands and feet, then about 5-10 minutes later I feel very irritable. My heart is pounding and I feel weakness in my arms and legs. It happens up to 3 times a day sometimes. I somehow figured out that eating and drinking sugar helped so I started to do that for these episodes.
After months of dealing with this myself I decided to ask my dad some questions since he has diabetes. He told me I should be checking my blood sugar and gave me my grandpas poke test kit. This has helped me manage a lot. I’ve poked myself 4 times a day for the last 4 day’s straight and here are the results.

That is all I have done so far. I take 2 tests before meals and 2 tests after meals. I am trying to see if eating is even raising my sugar and if so how much. As you can see the very first day I tested myself I got my first official test showing for a fact I was experiencing hypoglycemia. My sugar was under 70.
I’m 99% sure during my many episodes over the last few months I have been under 70 many times. But seeing these numbers has helped me manage a lot. As you can see the first day was all over the place then it started to stabilize as days went on of me checking. The first day was weird because I woke up at 83, ate waffles for breakfast, then my test before lunch was 68. Lower than my fasting blood sugar!?
All I want to know is what might be causing this? I have acid reflux and arfid so my diet is very very picky. Although I am eating often I doubt my meals are as nutritious as they should be. This is because of arfid(adult picky eating disorder). I also have severe anxiety so I’m almost always thinking I’m about to have an episode. Having episodes so often has also made me get less warning signs. Sometimes i am fine one moment then I feel faint right after with no warning.
It seems like I can never get my blood sugar up. I will eat a full meal and do no physical activity after and my sugar still gets burned fast. I eat a meal and sometimes I am lower than I was before, or just the same. Maybe my body is making too much insulin. I have no clue.
I have no medical insurance, and like I said I have severe anxiety so I am so scared to go to a doctor. I know I will have to I’m just trying to get insurance currently. I know me being young is the best chance I have at overcoming this but I am scared I will be diagnosed diabetic for life. Thank you for taking the time to read this and any insight or advice would be very appreciated.

Hi @Santanaman99,
You do have a lot of symptoms including those associated with diabetic and hypoglycaemic conditions, but because we can only advise you, use your glucometer as a tool to see if you can interpret the readings that you are getting but it has to be as precise as possible. In other words, use your glucometer as a pre meal reading and then two hours after first bite. Taking random readings only confuse things.
Your readings as I see are not hypoglycaemic, I believe 72 is the level that most doctors would say is close to hypo levels.
Because of your dietary impediments, the food you do eat have to be healthy for you.
I have Hypoglycaemia, there are certain foods that I am intolerant to and effect me if I eat them.
We have a sub forum called Reactive Hypoglycaemia, you might find this quite interesting.
But for conditions similar to mine, for a diagnosis, you do have to see a specialist.
Of course without insurance, this will be difficult but finding out more about such conditions can help you understand what is going on.

Keep asking, keep safe.
