Hi, yes it is a tad high, but you can't really tell if it's a "good" reading for post meal unless you know the pre-meal level. It is the actual rise that matters. If you only had 2 boiled eggs it would indicate you were probably somewhere around 9 before you started, and that is quite high. Boiled eggs for breakfast is an excellent choice. Did you have anything else in between, such as a drink? This may have caused a rise. Don't worry, this is a long game and it will take time
