My husband cooks our main meals. When I started low carbing I cooked my own for a while, but for many main courses I've found that I can eat essentially the same food as he does, I just cut out the high carbs (potatoes, pasta, rice, starchy thickeners) and add a little extra cream or butter, and eat a few more low carb veggies. Cauliflower ids a nice filler-upper one.Same here. Tried today 30 carbs for the whole day and cooked myself ( he he he not my cook) and it was nice and feeling. Left his food since it was not low carb enough for me. will have to teach him new recipes. Wondering only about cholesterol now.
