@Tabbyjoolz last fish and chips I had was on the beach in the late summer, immediately followed by a walk along the beach for about an hour. so my numbers were distorted, deliberately so

I did manage to bring the figure down to the low 5s later that evening by dancing a lot at a David Bowie night at the pub!
