fit for life?

    has anyone tried Fit For life
    and has it helped their diabetes?
    and how has it helped?

    @cdpm, Do you mean the diet programme that has been around for about 30 years? I think it advocates eating different food groups at separate meals?
    I get confused as some exercise programmes also use the title 'fit for life'.
