fizzy pop phenomenon

It it me or sometimes when bgs are even only slightly elevated say an hourbor 2 after a meal. if you take a swig of fizzy pop dose it flash fiz in your mouth even to the point of it ending up all overy you . Would this be todo with glucose in your saliva? I only ask as I am now sat here covered in coke zero :eh:

Maybe when you take a swig you need to close your mouth lol :-)
