I drink it sometimes, just be careful to read the nutrition label because even though some of them are called flavoured water they can contain sugar.
How about flavouring your own water by infusing with a small amount of fruit? a couple of sliced strawberries, raspberries or sliced cucumber with some crushed fresh mint leaves, a few slices of lemon or lime are lovely and very refreshing and much healthier, I do this in a water bottle and put it in the fridge overnight and it’s amazing how much flavour you get
