4 eggs
1 cup of flax meal
1/2 cup ground almond
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp water

Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls then combine and bake for 20-25mins.

I haven't tried it yet but I'm planning to have it with Marmite

Just for future reference, you can also add the ingredients to myfitnesspal, under recipes (which you name and save), and it works it all out for you. I find that useful for things we have regularly, but aren't in there. I don't want to be adding all the ingredients every time I have a regular recipe.

Once you have these things set up, myfitnesspal takes moments each day to keep updated.
