flax seed oil

I suffer from dry eyes and it has been suggested by Dr that I take flaxseed oil.

I already take cod liver oil daily so can I take both, or should I stop the cod liver oil and just take the flaxseed oil?

I have been taking cod liver oil for years as I find it helps with aches and pains in hips and knees. I take it as oil not capsules. I don't want to have too much of a good thing.

One other thing, Should flaxseed oil be kept in the fridge?
 
Definitely keep your Flax Oil in the fridge. Keep it cool and out of bright lights. try to get on ein a dark (preferably BLACK) bottle.

Can't see any problem with taking it along with CLO.
 
I agree with Patch.

Definitely make sure to keep it away from direct light, and heat, because heat will change the fats into saturated fats making it practically useless :(
