Flexitarian Diet ?

Just seen this never heard of this diet but think with some tweaks might be OK wondered what others thought

On reflexion it seems to be similar to what I have been for years as say with some tweaks

I seem to remember that this is a diet where you eat whatever you think you might fancy. Unless, of course, that is medically inadvisable. Or you are unreliable and want to eat the wrong things. Although nothing is strictly "wrong" of course.

I think I'll offer an alternative which is a plate of mixed food which enables you to eat well. Hmmm....what to call it, though?

It's basically the EAT Lancet promoted diet. It's fine by choice and for non T2s imo.
