WOOHOO!!! Awesomesauce! Wish mine was that low. Well done!!!My signature says it all, but this morning 30 mins after my usual 1mile run, I took my BP as usual and I nearly fell off my chair.....112/64...it's never to my knowledge been that low.
I can't of course pin to down to one strategy, but the combination of LCHF, exercise and intermittent fasting has to be the catalyst.
I do hope this is a source of encouragement to many of you, that there is hope when it comes to resolving all your metabolic markers.

It's good to get the BP under control.

I've never had high blood pressure, but like you my diastolic seems to have dipped a bit from the 70's to the 60's recently. I wonder if it can be too low?
