Flu symptoms

Hi all I understand that flu like symptoms are part of diabetes but does a severe runny nose after eating normal at times it like someone's turned on a tap in my head and comes out like waterfall for about 5 mins there is some blood as well at times
Any advice greatly appreciated

It could be diabetes related, but not sure! Or it could be just a rhinitis virus.
I would definitely speak to your GP about it.
