Fluctuation in blood pressure at a young age

Hey guys I'm 19 years old and lately I have had a fluctuation in my blood pressure, so bad that it affects my quality of life and I have been feeling like I'm going to pass out but I don't in other words I feel light headed and I want to know if anyone has experienced a similar thing or know someone with similar situation
