Has anyone ever tried this diet?
I have had it mentioned to me because of now having slow colonic transit... But I haven't heard of anyone that is diabetic that has tried eating this way and if anyone has.. Why they tried it, and if it worked. Would be great to hear from anybody that has tried it... Its all new to me....thnx DDX
