Hi,
is there an easy site online that I can type a certain food into and it will tell me if its good or bad and maybe give a GI rating?

Even if a food has a low G.I. rating, you need to test as we are unique in our responses. If you read through the forum you will see that many Type2's cannot eat cereals and porridge and others can. Some can eat more species of fruit than others. It's the same with all carbohydrates, you need to test your response.

Their is a website called my fitnesspal that you can scan food barcodes in and it will tell you all the nutrition in each food hope this is what you are looking for please let me know if it is
