Hey @cdpm good to hear from you again....still struggling, yes, but we are cheering for you... I don't know where you are in Canada, but can your Doc not give you a psych referral or a referral to a dietitian that at least would get your foot in the door?? Surely he/she wouldn't deny you that.....is he/she fully aware of what is happening?? Have you had an A1C done lately? I'm thinking if it is out of whack, they have to do do something to address that... Hugs and prayers sent you way that soon you will be helped out of this dark place you find yourself in....one day at a time....one meal at a time.....one step in front of the other.... Blessings/L
