Me again.........Is there a food diary on here somewhere that I can print off, I am sure I saw one when I was researching into low carbing but now I cannot find it, I think it was and Excel sheet. Anything esle that anyone thinks I should print off while I have me printer linked today would also be helpful. Thank you in advance :D

To be honest, I think you're better off writing up your own food diary in a style that suits you. You need to be able to refer back and see what you ate, what the readings were, and understand it easily. That's all.
There are of course lots of spreadsheets you can download I guess, but do your own diaryon PC and you'll always know what it all means. My approach anyway.

I wound up buying a second 2012 diary (in March on sale) and I use that to keep track of my food, that way it's recorded day-by-day, but doesn't get in the way of writing down appointments!

Shrewd thinking there, like it
