I assume that making dark chocolate from 100%cocoa powder with fresh double cream and butter, cannot be that complicated? For those with a sweet tooth, I would assume that a sprinkle or two of some Truvia/Xylitol sweeter should also be OK? I think I'll try making it and add some strips of Bacon in the mix too! LOL!
