Food gifts for people with D

Cheese, cheese and more cheese for me, with a few 'special' olives thrown in for good measure. Olives stuffed with almonds I've found recently. There are so many different to cheeses choose from - cheddars, blues, ones with added fruit - even added ginger. Then there is salami with cream cheese for snacks.

Just pass me the cheese. Any cheese would do.

I certainly wouldn't thank anyone for 'diabetic' chocolate or sweets. :sour::spitoutdummy:

Mr. Zig has got into the 100% and won't touch anything else! On offer at Waities at the moment (or was earlier) and of course you get your free cup of coffee :***:

Hey every One! Hope you're all well!! I assume that making dark chocolate from 100%cocoa powder with fresh double cream and butter, cannot be that complicated? For those with a sweet tooth, I would assume that a sprinkle or two of some Truvia/Xylitol sweeter should also be OK? I think I'll try making it and add some strips of Bacon in the mix too! LOL!
Am going to try a bit of dark chocolate but mince pies are my weakness

I've also made some sloe gin and stawberry gin this year.
Decanting it into small kilner jars and 200ml bottles for distribution, with labels, tags and bows.

No one will be the wiser that they are drinking erythritol not sugar sweetening (I hope), although I will mention the fact to those who are either watching their carbs or their waistlines.
Don't forget to mention it to those on insulin as well! Should you need someone on insulin to gift a bottle to, I'll gladly help you out ;)
