My daughter has just walked into the kitchen and complained about the smell of the casserole which I am cooking. This springs to mind.....

Can you share thd recipe? Im eating lots of cabbage and could do with some new flavours for it. x

To reduce the smell when cooking cauliflower or cabbage, place a piece of bread on top. It helps by absorbing the vapours.

Sure it is easy and very simple chop up the cabbage , with a little garlic add a little oil and maybe an onion , add a teaspoon of tumeric with some coconut milk which the cabbage will cook in .....

I like mine as a main meal with pitta bread or just a little rice .....but it could be eaten with anything ....
