Food ideas for even lower carbing

Chicken wings in the air fryer are awesome.

Rather than ‘slabs’ of meat, try cooking in different ways - minced beef, small pieces of pork belly in the air frier. Omelettes, fish if you like that.
I have become addicted to pork belly pieces. I cover them in a low carb seasoning and air fry them to an inch of their life I don’t like eating fat and especially don’t like mushy fat so by overcooking them a bit it gets them a bit more chewy.
They are delicious and nice as a snack.
 
Yes, I also love crispy pork belly! Helps a lot to keep my BGs on track, but not so helpful for body fat loss.
