Hi,

Do you ever find the nutritional info on food seems completely wrong? For example I had a box of prepared stir fry today (purely veg, no sauce or anything) which was labelled as containing 74g of carbs. Seems to happen a lot...

The smell of cigars
Could it have been 7.4 with a wry small decimal point?

Not necessarily, I once happened upon a bag of frozen veg in Lidl once. On a whim I decided to check the nutrition info.
Lo and behold it had added sugar. I have only just deleted the photograph I took of the information on that package from my phone.
I never trust labels. I actually re-weigh any package myself, if I am using up the whole pack, just to be sure.

Not a bad idea, I often calculate / inject for something and it seems way out! x
